Why do a Disney Adult trip & how to have the best time

Why You Should Take an Adult-Only Disney Trip

Why consider an adult-only Disney trip? Oh, where do I start? First off, you have no bedtime—yep, that’s right! You can feast on Mickey Bars for breakfast without a single judgmental glare. You can stay up late, watch the fireworks, and dine at those fancy signature restaurants without worrying about getting home before the clock strikes midnight! Speaking of dining, you can park yourself at the bar, sip cocktails, nibble on snacks, and enjoy the sweet freedom of not having to rush back for bedtime. Plus, say goodbye to height requirements for rides! If you’re not feeling like a thrill-seeker, there’s no pressure to take a spin on the teacups. And the best part? No more stressing about the school calendar—you can go whenever it fits your schedule!

Still not convinced? Let’s talk about stroller parking. That’s right—no dodging strollers like they’re landmines, and no sudden bathroom breaks that force you to abandon your place in line.

Alright, maybe that’s enough reasons to book that adult getaway! Now, here are my top tips to ensure you have the best time ever!

When to Go

This is always a tricky question. Go when it works for you! If something special is happening that you really want to experience, plan around busy times, like school breaks or holidays. Epcot has a plethora of fabulous festivals year-round. Check out the Festival of the Arts to marvel at talented artists, or stroll through the blooming wonderland of the Flower and Garden Festival. And let’s not forget the Food and Wine Festival—where you can sample delicious food and drinks from around the globe. Who wouldn’t want to eat their way around the world?

Where to Stay

If your budget allows, treat yourself to a stay at the Boardwalk Inn. This stunning resort is just a hop, skip, and jump away from Epcot and within walking distance to Hollywood Studios. Plus, you’ll be close to some Disney nightlife, like Jellyrolls and the Atlantic Dance Hall. If the Boardwalk isn’t in your budget, no worries! Coronado Springs is another beautiful moderate resort with fantastic dining and drinking options.

Where to Eat and Drink

So many fabulous spots to choose from! I actually wrote an entire article on this, which you can check out HERE. Best part is you can go with the flow and pick where you want to go!
