Welcome to the first addition of where to stay in Walt Disney World! I am going to open up the where to stay with a fan favorite- Pop Century. Why is this a fan favorite you may ask? Any why would this be a good place to stay? Location & value !

This is a value resort located next to Art of Animation. The rooms had a makeover a couple years ago, and I personally love the new looks. Each standard room will now have 2 queen beds!! For the longest time the rooms here just had two double beds, and we know how important a good night sleep is after walking all day in the parks! Now with the two queens everyone will have a bit more room to stretch out & be comfortable.

The other reason I love this resort is the location. In 2019 Walt Disney World opened the newest mode of transportation the Disney Skyliner; a gondola lift system. The gondola station is located between Pop Century & Art of Animation resort on Hourglass lake. The Skyliner will take you Caribbean Beach resort, Hollywood Studios, Riviera Resort & Epcot. It is truly a wonderful way to travel to and from the parks. If I can’t walk to the theme parks, the gondola is the next best option… in my opinion.
